My technology client sought to increase organic traffic and attract more qualified leads from search engines. At the time, their website was not fully optimized for SEO and was falling behind competitors for several high-value keywords. My role was to improve their competitiveness in these critical service-related keywords and expand keyword coverage by developing targeted blog content. In parallel, I implemented a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy to reduce drop-off rates, increase form submissions, and identify user experience issues affecting engagement across the site.
